Hi, i just yesterday found this aloe from
a local nursery, i seen somewhat similar
ones before but this has a lot larger leaves
and they have grain texture.
Picture is included.

Here is a link to a site with heaps of Aloe photos. They are arranged alphabetically, be sure to click on 'NEXT' to go to more photos. There is also a drop down menu.

I don't know Aloes well enough to feel confident with an i.d.

This may not be an Aloe. It looks like a Gasteria to me. If you do a Google search for images of Gasteria I think you will see that this is your plant.

be easy to identify now.
