| I believe it is a Crassula - I'm not sufficiently clued but there a couple of possibilities - C perforata "Jade Necklace". or C rupestris ssp marnierana ("String of Buttons" or "Chinese Pagoda") or lastly there appears to be a hybrid of the two commonly called "Baby Necklace Vine" - you might also ask over in Cactus and Succulents |
