Kalanchoe blossfeldiana I believe.

I doubt that's Kalanchoe blossfeldiana. K. blossfeldiana buds are a different shape, the leaves don't look the correct shape and definitely aren't thick enough, and the tube looks a bit too long.

Bouvardia, maybe?

Is this growing indoors or out, and where?
