Lovely! Definitely a Rhipsalis. There are so many, and they can be quite similar. C/S forum might help you nail down a species if not R. pilocarpa or teres.

Rhipsalis cereuscula also called "fireworks", as the new branches radiate outward like a firework splayed across the sky. Very easy to grow, likes bright light and low watering needs.
