Small tree at new house

Here is the next picture. I know the shrubs on the left are burning bushes. They look pretty sorry, wonder if they were overgrown and the sellers cut them back severly, they don't have many leaves. Hope they come back next spring. We bought a new house this summer and there are a lot of plants I don't know what they are. I've taken a lot of pictures of them close up and farther away. I hope you all can help me out with this. I will only put one or two at a time so as not to get too confusing! I took these a couple months ago and I am in zone 6. Our lot is wooded.
Thanks in advance :)

Oh, Gosh, that is much too close to the house :( It was too close no matter what it is, you can't see it but it is leaning away from the wall. I was hoping it was a shrub.
