Let Google be your friend, Pete. There are about 700 species of Selaginella. Saltcedar has pointed you in the right direction.:-)

Pete, did you scroll down and look at the photos under the heading Six Selaginella for the Savvy Fella? Some of those are quite close to your photo -- the first 3 in particular.
