Looks like a Sansevieria, but not seen one with that sort of rosette before. It's very lush, whatever it is, have you been feeding it?

I don't think it's a sanseveria primarily because of the rosette formation. It's definitely not an aloe. Could possibly be a dwarf dracaena or Aspidistra elatior.

How old is it and how long have you had it? Honestly, I saw something like this at the grocery store in the flower department... next time I go in, I'll check the tag!

Looks like a short S. trifasciata cultivar, and/or just stunted.
