Sweet little plant

I found this tiny little plant in a moist wooded area of southern PA this past weekend (mid-November). I suspect it is a wildflower of some kind but so many wildlower photos don't show leaves, and I can't figure out what it is. I also don't know if the unusually-marked leaves are how the leaves look during the growing season or if that's just because the season is now over and I've had frost. Any help you can offer is much appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like Goodyera pubescens (but the picture is small).

Yes, that is what it looks like. Thanks for the ID. I was afraid I'd have to wait until it bloomed and could see the flower to figure out what is was.

Yes, the leaves look like that year around - it is evergreen here in Georgia, not sure if that is true for southern PA. It is a native orchid.
