With just that much to go on, looks like Queen Anne's lace, a non-native flower that has naturalized itself.

Yes, looks like Queen Anne's Lace to me as well. Very common in fields where I live.

Can someone give the botanical name for QAL? Over here it is used to refer to Anthriscus sylvestris. Is that what you use it for too? Daucus carota is just called wild carrot here. It is rather hard to tell from a bent pressed specimen which of the many white umbelifers we have here. Was it even white when fresh?

Over here we usually call Daucus carota Queen Anne's Lace, but also call it wild carrot. It is very common along road sides and in fields. Wild chervil is what we call Anthriscus sylvestris, which is much less common at least in this state.
