fall color volunteer

This is growing at the base of my pussy willow tree and I thought it was just another sucker like the one at the right. But it has this nice fall color and the leaves are much more finely serrated. Also the pussy willow leaves are fuzzy and all the stems have big buds set for next year, the mystery orange sapling has smooth leaves and no big buds.

Can you ID the orange plant? The one at the left is a tiny honeysuckle bush that I should take out, I don't know if it's growing as a sucker from the big bush a few feet away or if it grew from seed. (And I should probably take out the big honeysuckle bush too I know)
