Pepper Type?

What kind of peppers are these? They are about 1 3/8" long and surprisingly not hot AT all (like bell peppers)..

I think it may be 'Chilly Chili'.

Hmm, tough call. I might go with the "Chilly Chili" since it has slightly broader leaves and less twisted peppers like this photo?
