Hi there, I live in Florida and had a potted gardenia in my yard, it died very suddenly after several months of healthy growth and this plant grew in its place. It has long stems medium stiffness/thickness, green, with leaves growing in a flower or artichoke-like bunch on the end. No flowers (or at least none yet), will try to upload a photo, can anyone identify this, I've never seen anything like it!!!
