Does anyone know what type of gourd this is? Any name would be grately appreciated.

Looks like a "Lakota" squash.

Or it could be one of those mixed up hybrid thingies that occasionally end up in a packet of seed. Or the even more mixed up hybrids that come from somebody who took the seed from a patch of mixed gourds last year.
