I looked up mazus reptans, but the leaf size is quite a bit different between the two. The leaves on this mystery plant are very small and quite frail.

Blue Moneywort, False Pimpernel (Lindernia grandiflora)
I recognized this plant, but had to dig around to recall the name!

The one I'm familiar with from Fl and Tx is L. crustacea.

Florida has at least five Lindernia species in the wild. L. ciliate has heavily toothed leaves. L. crustacea usually has a relatively solid bar or splotch across the center of the lower lip. L. monticola and L. dubia are mostly upright species. L. grandiflora seems most like your plant to me.
