In the above pic failed to mentioned that it is the highly lobed leaf and that the flower bud which looks like a bulb with a spur is part of it. I'll attach a seed pod and more leaf pics. This was in with some ivy, so ignore those leaves. Nothing was blooming and unfortunately I had to run, so no further investigation.

It looks to be Merremia dissecta.

Alison-- thank you! After finding out GW was not always sending me replies (even with the box checked!) I remembered to come back here and look and here you are! I wonder if someone planted it on purpose or if it was just an escapee. Anyway, the plant looked quite interesting in person. Thank you again for figuring it out!
