Please help idetify this tree

I have a small evergreen in my font yard. It grows out by itself (currently is about 1.5 feet tall). I don't have other similar trees nearby. I am thinking of relocate it to another appropriate place. However, I don't know the identity of it and I don't know the size it will be. Can anyone help me identify this tree.

I took two pictures of the tree. Please follow the link below to sew the pictures. In the 2nd picture, the tree is the upright small tree in the middle.

Yes, reminds me of Juniperus virginiana, Eastern redcedar.
