Unkown pretty lawn flower

This plant is usually is camouflaged in the grass, but flowers for a few hours on an overcast day around mid October (this year mid November). Generally 1-6 show up on our lawn each year when they flower. Flowers are a few cm across. Found in western Sydney. I'm curious to know what the plant is called.
