Yes some sort of sowthistle, I think - Sonchus.

Youngia or something closely related. It's a pest and hard to control.

The late-season Sonchus we see here tend to be more leafy, with shorter and thicker stems. Some small, dandelion-type plants that are common fall bloomers are Hieracium, Youngia, Pyrrhopappus, and Hypochaeris. If the plants are glabrous and flowers are about 1/4 inch across, then Youngia japonica is a candidate. If the inflorescence is hairy, then Hieracium gronovii is an option. The other two genera mentioned are usually less branched than those shown in the photos.

Common weed here in FL as well - agree it looks like Youngia japonica - Asiatic false hawsbeard...
