Poppy type?

These came to me as "single lavender poppy." It behaves as an annual here (dries up by mid to late summer) and self sows. In really poor, compacted soil (e.g. a gravel-over-clay path) it'll mature at a foot high or less. If it sows itself in the hoop house, it'll be three feet or so.

Maybe Papaver somniferum? Thank you!
