No idea what this plant is...any help?

Someone gave me this plant but it wasn't labeled, and he didn't know what it was either. I checked various galleries of houseplants but found nothing, and I haven't a single clue as to what the heck the plant is.

The plant in question is the one with the white flower and the white/light green leaves (all the leaves are like that). On a different plant (not seen here), some of the leaves had a slight pink sliver on them, in addition to the white and green.

Can anyone help me ID this plant please?

If not for the "flower" (perhaps it isn't?) I would have said Pedilanthus variegatus - perhaps they are just very white leaves?

I'm gonna go with you on this one and assume that the 'flower' is part of a different plant that just happened to be next to it (such as amaryllis).

Thank you very much! Now I can finally label this plant.

The 'flower' is not part of a different plant and it is definitely not an Amarylis. As alisonoz suggested it is just very white leaves. You'll notice the stem is identical to the other stems in all but colour. It too lacks chlorophyll. That is quite common on variegated plants.
