had beautiful multicolored flowers that bloomed all summer...and then had dark blue berries....I didnt bring it inside and it snowed and all the leaves have died off.......the pot is from monrovia...their catalog is too big online for me to identify it that way...

Is there any hope for this plant? I feel so bad that I killed it.

Here is a link that might be useful: Lantana

Assuming the roots froze, it's dead.
If you have an atrium you could attempt to revive it.

Yes it is definitely Lantanna---thank you! Well it was cold outside but not to the point where water was frozen..and it was only for 1 night that we had snow and I brought it in the next day.

RE: please help with this potted plant

Lantana is grown AS an annual in cold climates. It is a tender, herbaceous perennial.....meaning that it is not frost tolerant. If grown in a warm climate, lantana will regrow from the roots like other perennials. But the roots cannot tolerate freezes.

In your location, expect to toss the plant after the first frost. Those who are so incined can take cuttings in the summer. The seeds don't reproduce replicas or they are totally unviable....duds.

I've seen Lantanas recover from some amazingly low temps.
Low teens to single digits, however their roots were in soil
that's remained unfrozen. Like I said above, if the roots were
below freezing long enough (4 to 8 hrs) to have frozen in the
pot it's a goner.
