I originally received this plant from a friend. It was sickly at the time, root bound, and still in its original four inch pot that he purchased it in from Home Depot. I nursed it back to health, transplanted it out in to the ground, and now it is thriving in my Northern California yard. There wasn't a tag on it when I received the plant but my friend thought it was a penstemon that was native to California. Who knows though. Any guesses what it actually is ? Thanks in advance !
