"Careless Mother?"

This plant is nicknamed "careless mother" in the Honduras because it shoots so many roots out, without "caring" for what happens to all her "young"...

But, I assume it's some sort of bromeliad, perhaps a Pandanus?

Anyone know what it is?

Bromeliads never produce stilts like that.

Pandanus aka Screw Pine does, though. We can't see much foliage but there is some there which looks possible for Pandanus. Have you seen the fruit?
