I recently bought this little guy from a local store but they couldn't identify it. Any help in figuring out what plant this is will be much appreciated.

might be P. filicifolia, (fern-leaf Aralia, although not a true aralia) should be replanted into better media, liks good draining media, partial sun, feed few times a year during active growth.
