| Can you supply any other information? Is the plant in a garden (so perhaps non-native)? How tall is it? Is it a single stem, or is that part of a bush? Are the flowers fully opened? |

| I'm tempted to suggest Lantana, but your plant's foliage appears to be alternate & Lantana's got opposite foliage. And hummingbirds do seem to like it. |
Here is a link that might be useful: Hummingbird Lantana images.

This is 'straggly' with 2-3 stems and is definitely a weed in the wild... although I have found some very pretty weeds that are now in my garden. It seems to stay at 4ft. tall. The small blooms are fully open. They are growing in a very dry area of Guanacaste and I don't remember seeing them 'elsewhere'

| Looks a bit like Sida or an allied genus such as Sphaeralcea. |

| Maybe this additional photo will help Thanks, Saltcedar, I searched both suggestions and while I didn't find match for this one, I did see some of the 'Sida' images of 'plants' that are also around here
