Hi Andrew - it's going to be a tall order getting an id on a UK apple on GW since most posters here are in the US and it's really hard to id apples from pictures anyway. I suggest you make use of the services of the Brogdale Collections or the RHS. Sadly it is now too late for this year to get ids at Apple Days. Maybe next year? In my area (more similar climate to UK than most of US) one like this might be 'King' ('King of Tompkins County') which it seems to me the outside of your apple does resemble.

In general with apples being presented for identification using photos the custom is that you show multiple different fruits with one of them cut in half to display the flesh. And you need to state details not possible to discern from photos such as dimensions of fruits, aroma and texture of flesh, seasonal timing and so on.
