Help ! Name this RED plant

Found this plant at a McDonalds drive through, Oro Valley Arizona (Tucson). It was vibrant red with dark red/green tinted leaves. It was blooming and was beautiful. Hoping to find the name of the plant and see if it would do well in San Antonio Tx.
