Your albino pumpkin could be one of a number of varieties. -Below is an interesting article that details some of them.

It may be iffy as to whether the seeds will come true. One year, I planted seeds from my jack o'lantern pumpkins, and I ended up with a wide variety of fruit, some of which looked like pumpkins, and some of which looked like knobby, ornamental squashes. Apparently, they had been grown intermingled with other squashes, and cross-pollination had its way.

The orange looks like what is commonly referred to as a cinderella pumpkin, or the heirloom variety 'Rouge Vif d'Etamps'. The white is most likely 'Lumina'. There are several species of pumpkins and countless hybrids - these plants interbreed like bunnies so isolating single cultivars is tricky.....the seeds they produce may not come true.
