| These plants were in the bottom of a creek this morning, in cracks in the bedrock. They were just 1 to 2 inches across. Are these Leavenworthia uniflora, or something else? That species is expected to our north, but not known in this area. |

| That looks like a good possibility - thanks. I'll check it in the spring. I've only seen those in one other place, locally, and think they're beautiful. Here's a shot of the mature plant for comparison. |
