My boyfriend got me roses, this was in it.

It's a type of green foliage. I actually want to propagate it. I snipped it off at an angle closer up to the top, and removed some leaves.I used stim root for semi wood as it's quite hard the stems. I wish I knew what it was though. It's in some soil now, with a bag under lights. Hope someone can tell me!
