A picture of the lower cane where it emerges from the ground would be more definitive at this stage of growth. Raspberry cane usually has small prickles, thornless blackberry will be smooth, thorny blackberry will have thorns.

And just FYI, that is a picture of a leaflet, not a leaf.

Your plant is the Mysore raspberry. Native of SE Asia, thornier than many kinds hybridized in the US. It is as thorny as a black raspberry, making "My sore" an appropriate name.
