My orchid leaves are limp and sad.

Hello fellow orchid lovers! I am new here and this is my first post! Unfortunately I reside in a state where it snows so currently we are having very lovely snow with a side of chill. I as of now have two orchids, and have been just getting into all the details about orchids for about a year now so I'm still trying to get the hang of it. I have a phal who has grown a new spike and blooms. The plant seems to be thriving to some degree but the leaves on both my phals are very droopy and sad looking. I water them every one to two weeks and give them food. Can someone please help me? They also have three CFLs on them.

You have not got an answer because this forum gets very few visitors; it used to be an active discussions place NOT about orchids.
Post your Phalaenopsis question over on the discussions page where you will get a better response.
