Have you checked out the State sponsored job center thing? Sorry, can't remember the official name for it, but I think you know what I mean. Many years ago, I paid one of these a visit and actually got to sit down with one of their councilors. I remember it being a good experience, but that's about all I remember. I'm sure they're very busy these days.
