I've done substitute teaching and will probably go back to it if I can get my life in order....

I am an asociate professor, but not in horticulture or orchidology.

I start student teaching next semester... Then a year and a half later, the state of Texas will deem me competent to teach a class of pre-k - 4th graders...scary. And you better believe there will be orchids in the classroom.
