Ok so Indiana DNR has discovered that we have a Puma running around and I might add hunting in the southern part of the state. I guess some hunters reported large deer that had been killed and eaten (or half eaten). So DNR finally put out motion sensor cameras on the some of the trails and got pictures of the cute & fuzzy. I think they are majestic beasts ;but I've also had the honor of being in the same,small exam room with a juvenile Mountain Lion that was very nervous. He wasn't full grown but he was pretty close the same size of my female Mastiff, and really she is waaaay big enough. I'm really just thinking I won't go for any hikes with my small kids who like to run alot, down in the southern part of the state. ginnibug
