Other addictions

Okay guy, you know you'e got 'em; this addictive behavior can't just be limited to orchids! So fess up, what other addictions do you have?

Myself, I've already outed myself on my addiction to reality/competition television. I'm also big video game addict; that's right, a 33-year-old female who loves video games! I have a Playstation 3 and a Gamecube, and am saving for an Xbox 360. I have two televisions side-by-side in my living room, so i can watch TV and play at the same time! An employee at Gamestop asked my opinion on the latest game a couple of months ago, he said he wanted the opinion of a "hard-core gamer", and it made me feel so good!!!

Many people tell me I'm addicted to my dogs. I have a Greyhound, a Jack Russell terrier, and a long-haired dachshund puppy. I love to spend time with them, and even do agility with Lolly, the dachshund. I love to talk about them and show pictures to everyone!

My other main addiction is sunflower seeds. I'm actually mildly allergic to them so I can't eat too many at once, but I eat them every day. i can't stand to not have any in the hous eand will go to the store at midnight in my jammies if I run out!

Okay who else is nuts.....?

Household robots are my current obsession.

The sunflower seed thing cracked me up, because I'm totally addicted to candy coated fennel seeds. When I went to the endocronologist, he said that a lot of the heart pounding, dizziness, etc. was probably because I was suffering fennel toxicity. I quit eating them for a week and I felt a lot better so I'm now regimented.

Addictions....there are so many...

Pistachios currently and coffee. Used to be addicted to Mt. Dew. Why? Cuz it was like taking a shower on the inside!

I was addicted to tropical plants and carnivorous plants before orchids. Used to be addicted to buying CD's and smoking ganja/taking drugs. I collected dragons and wooden puzzle boxes obsessively. I'm addicted to tv and media in general, including some reality shows. Cigarettes.

Lord of the Rings and now Harry Potter. Computers. Used to be a freak for online cribbage. I'm obsessed with killing squirrels, mosquitoes, and snails, lately. Sports. Stringed instruments, concerts, covered parking, exotic fruits. I'm sure there are more...but I must go outside to kill some snails and have a smoke.

It's not as bad on your teeth, unless your water pressure is too high! ;~)

I was far more into carnivorous plants, before orchids, as well!
I'm not sure what happened??
Other than my Darlingtonia's, Sarrs and a few Pings, I can't seem to grow them anymore! :~(

Sci-fi/fantasy books, animation art, travel, coffee, vodka...!

I haven't been into video games since Atari's Pong and Asteroids!
My mom and I stayed up half the night playing it.
(Mid-70's sometime, I guess!)
It was for my brother and we were just testing it out! ;~)
Gawd! I'm feeling old!

Otherwise...far more than we really needed to know! ;~)
Especially, if they are Thai she-male's! ;~)
