I know there were several people who had guinea pigs a few years ago (Bada for one).

Anyway, my old man died (9 years) and I picked up a little rescue girl that was found behind an apartment complex. I'm assuming she is young, because she's grown about three inches in length since we've had her. Other than that, her history, breed, everything is unknown.

She's got shorter, cowlicked hair (Abyssinian-ish), but I noticed about a week ago that she's got about a handful of longer hair coming in. Today, I noticed that that handful of longer hair is now as long as my old Peruvian guy's was.

Any pig owners out there have spontaneous, unusual hair growth on their piggies? I thought it was kind of weird.
