Teriyaki Salmon w/Lemon-Herb Sauce

This was so good; cooked on the grill last nite; thought some of you might like to try it. Robert passed on the sauce, mayo off his list, but the rest of us thought it was yummy!

1/3 cup Kikkoman Less sodium Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce

4 salmon or firm white fish filets (halibut, grouper, sea bass) about 4 to 6 oz each

Lemon-Herb Sauce

1/4 c mayo

1.5 TBS finely chopped fresh Italian parsley (I grow this, so easy)

1 TBS of the Kikko. Marinade & sauce

1/4 tsp grated fresh lemon peel

Pour teriyaki sauce over fish in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of the bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat fish. Refrigerate 1 hr, turning bag once.

Meanwhile, for lemon-herb sauce, combine all ingredients and blend well. Cover and refrigerate.

Place fish on lightly oiled grill (or rack of broiler pan). Grill 4 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily w/fork, turning over once and brushing w/fresh teriyaki sauce. Serve fish w/lemon-herb sauce.

I served this with rice/snow peas/carrots - very tasty!

I made 'Hula Burgers' last week using the marinade, 1 lb lean ground beef, 1/4 c. marinade, mix together, grill for a few mins then add a slice of pineapple and continue grilling. (of course, chicken is great this way too.)
