Did you write the poem? Heartfelt. I'm sorry if you've gone through any of the tough times described in the first 2 verses and that you're praying a cure will be found for something bad. A lot of the time, I'm not very accepting of this circle of life rip-off the universe has going.

No, Whitecat8, they are not lines written by me--just so like my thoughts that I wished to share. I lost my husband just a year ago, after 59 years together. In 2007 I also lost three dear friends. My philosophy: We are all like a row of dominoes, we just don't know WHERE we are in the line-up. I just enjoy each day to the fullest, as tomorrow may go on without me. Alberta - Oof. All those losses in one year. Your domino image is helpful. I've pictured people as birds perched on branches. The branch can snap at any moment, so be ready to fly to a new place, which will be the afterlife sooner or later.
