Year in review... (for a blonde)

January - Took new scarf back to store because it was too tight.

February - Fired from pharmacy job for failing to print labels... "Duh"..... bottles won't fit in typewriter!

March - Got excited.....finished jigsaw puzzle in 6 months. Box said "2-4 years" !

April - Trapped on escalator for hours.....power went out.

May - Tried to make Kool-Aid.....8 cups of water won't fit into those little packets !

June - Tried to go water skiing.....couldn't find a lake with a slope.

July - Lost breast-stroke swimming competition. Learned later that other swimmers cheated, they used their arms!!!

August - Got locked out of car in rainstorm.....car swamped, because top was down.

September - Lost a TV quiz show. The capital of California is "C".....isn't it???

October - Hate M & M's.....they are so hard to peel.

November - Baked turkey for 4 1/2 days.....instructions said 1 hour per pound and I weigh 108!

December - Couldn't call 911....."duh".....there's no "eleven" button on the phone!

What a year !!!

I don't get it, but then I don't have time to re-read it all. Have to run out and change the blinker fluid in the Toyota.

Ok..My dd was born a dark blonde and is now approaching light brown. She got me laughing today...as she was laughing at herself. They were having a game in her class and (you know, the timed thing sort of like Jeopardy) and the question was to name an American city which starts with "C". Her opponent hit first and said "Canada." Everyone laughed...even she did. Then she responded.... ready for this???? "Seattle." She knows how to spell Seattle. She's been there numerous times...Heck, she's even been to Cincinnati....she could have said Charleston, Cleveland, or Chicago...but no..... Seattle. Riiight. She said "Yup. I'm blonde."
