Hi,

I am new to orchids and am curious if anyone had an orchids that needed a new home. I keep an herb garden on my windowsill and have just become interested in orchids. Anything small and not too picky about ambient temp (I can't control the temp in my apartment very much).

thanx

Sonam, you'd be wise to read a bit about growing orchids before you just ask for a donation. You need to know what type of orchid will grow in the enviornment you can provide. A good place to start is at the top of this page. You'll find a box labled FAQs, frequently asked questions. Reading thru this infomation might give you an idea of what you can grow. From time to time members here will share plants if you pay postage. I have just promised a phal to another young person just trying to get started. They are often good as a starter plant. Be patient, someone may have a plant to offer. Welcome to the forum, it is a great place to gather a lot of information. Sheila :)
