HAVE: Trichocidium (Onc) John Germaske 'Desert Red'

I have this plant for trade-

Those roots are healthy, I trimmed off the bad ones. It has 1 new growth, 1 mature, and 3 back bulbs.

I like stans, ctsms, paphs, phrags (noids OK for all of those). I don't like phals, reed stem dends or catts. Actually no high light growers, please. The smaller, the better. I'd actually prefer a small 'compensation' + shipping.

Ack! In reading my post, I should have said that as far as I can tell, the flowers of this plant are shown here...

It has 1 new growth almost mature and 1 P. bloomed growth . Its a little pale in color (grown in to much light) and a few leaf blumishes .
