HAVE: Not-Thriving Vanilla

I knocked it out of its pot a while back, and the leaves are slowly drying up and turning brown...It's one vine, about 2 feet long. I think it's rootless. If you want to experiment on it, I'll send you a picture and if you still want it you can have it!

I forgot to add the species name. It's a Vanilla planifolia

If the stem is not completely brown, it may come back to life. Try some rooting hormones. Email me thru GW, I can see if I can a make cutting from mine- will check when it stops raining.

Thanks for the advice and the offer. There's a healthy rooted side branch coming from the base of the plant, so I still have a vanilla, plant, just wondered if anyone wanted to bother rescuing this. The stem isn't brown at all.
