| Recent dividing of plants has left me with a surplus of stuffs to trade. These are newly divided, so they aren't established in their pots just yet, but the Brassia and the Bulbo both have new growths and should establish in no time (the Bulbo has a total of 4 new growths). The Cym is 3 pbulbs, 2 with leaves, and I don't see any new growths yet, but I've no doubt it'll stick some out in now time as it's a trooper. Here are pics of the Brassia and Bulbo... I'll have to take pics of the Cym and post it when I get home. Thought I took one and must have forgotten.
Brassia verucosa 'Knob Creek' AM/AOS:
Bulbophyllum rufinum
My most beloved genera at the moment are things in the Zygopetalum tribe, most especially Anguloa, Lycaste, Promenae, or crazy unusual hybrids with the like (Angulocaste, Coleottia, Zygocaste, etc).
Hmmm... If I type this much and no one responds I'm going to feel silly... =) Hi guys! Miss me? I know I haven't typed much on the forum... I'm sorry... 60 hour work weeks and all... I do miss ya... ~Ethan |

| The only thing I would have to offer is a zygo blue bird that lost all but one root, and ended up being divided into two, two pbulb pieces. I have sprag and baged it and the sprag is soaked in rooting hormone. Being that I am newer to this, maybe someone else would be better with this. But I understand that you probably want healthy plants for your healthy plants. |

| Hmmmmmm! I do like the Blue boy, but in his current condition it probably wouldn't be best to ship him right now. Sounds like your doing exactly what you should be doing to get him back on his feet (so to speak), however, so if he should make a recovery, definately let me know and I'd love to talk to you then about a trade if you'd still be interested. Really, all he needs is a few fresh new roots a good new growth that has has passed the initial iffy stages. =) Tomp_in_pa, thanks so much for offering the Cattleya deckeri, and not long ago I would have jumped at the offering, but just lately I'm thoroughly burned out on Catts in general. Long story, but I managed to acquire a truckload of them, and I'm not really into catts to begin with. So, although I really appreciate it, I think I'm gonna have to pass. Got anything else? Thanks guys!! ~Ethan |

| lol I agree shipping would be that last thing that would be good for my zygo. But to be honest if I do get it to not die, I will probably be attached at that point. But in the future when I have a plethura of new growths and it is ready to be divided, I would be happy to share. I also have a zygo rhein moonlight that at some point will be able to be divided, probably not too long since it is putting out two new growths this year. |

| Now that's one I'd DEFINATELY like to have! When you're ready to divide it, e-mail me and we'll work out a trade for something. I've got 500 orchids, so there's something that's ready to divide at any time that I'm sure will tempt you =) ~Ethan |

| I do have some Encyclia parviflora that were also just taken from the compot this spring and mounted on tree fern totem. As a matter of fact they are starting to take root to the tree fern totem because I just removed the fishing line that held them in place. I will be leaving for vacation though tomorrow so if you are interested in one of these for the bulbo please hold it until I get back ;-) |
