The Encyl was divided from my 8-year old plant, and the division has around 8 p-bulbs and 2 long, typical strap-like leaves from the bulbs.
I RARELY divide my plants and seldom trade them, but these were both very large and I was hoping to add something new to my collection by taking large divisions off of them. What I would really like is:

| UPDATE!!! Only the Papilionanthe terestrial is left. And it is an absolutely wonderful plant if you don't have one. The plant is tall and sends out many roots along its stem, which makes it very easy to propogate and share with friends. The shape of the flower is like a cross between a vanda and a phal, and is simply a lovely contrast of colors. I've seen them growing in people's front yards in full sun in Latin America, and they get large with countless blooms all over them. Joseph drjosephdiaz@yahoo.com |
