| This past year I have had success in re-blooming a phalaenopsis. I have one that is blooming now, the question, is it necessary to fertilize when it is in full bloom? |

| In my experience with all the phals I have. No matter if it's in bloom or not I continue to fertilize every other week with my general orchid fertilizer. Since I fertilize every other week, I don't use full strength fertilizer every time. I cut the scoop in half and fertilize that way. Ive always had beautiful phals and I continue to have them yea after year. It's prolly more of a personal preference, but I don't have any problems. Best of luck with your phal. |
