Kiki I have one coming

It has one bigger leaf and a small one, but no roots that I cam see. There is only one big leaf on the other side, Should I just leave it the way it is or take the new leaves off. It is attached to the stem of the the large leaf on the other side. Hope this make sense, THANK YOU, for your help. Tricia

My general rule for most keikies is to leave them on the main plant until there are 2 or more roots, 2" or longer.

I never cut leaves off of keikies, but I'm not picturing exactly what you are talking about either.

Yeah I'm not following what you're saying either. My method to gauge when to remove keiki's is three roots of finger length. Do not "pluck" them off, make two cuts of the old flower stem, leaving the keiki still stuck to a piece of the old flower stem. How many leaves they have isn't a worry.
