| I have no idea about this, so any info is welcome. I recently bought a nice yellow Phalaenopsis with two nice bloom stalks. Nothing fancy, in fact a Walmart $9.99 special, but it's got a pretty flower and very healthy. The flowers have faded and just fallen off. I'm wondering if I cut the spent flower stalks back part way, will this encourage more buds to form on the old stalks? Or do I just have to wait until next year for totally new ones to start? |
