Pro Mix orchid mix

I was in Canadian Tire yesterday and saw they had Pro Mix Orchid mix with mycorrhizae. A couple of questions. Is Pro Mix a decent brand? Is there a specific mix for mini or will the generic orchid type be okay? I felt through the bag and the pieces seemed reasonably small. Also is the mycorrhizae a worthwhile additive? I did a bit of a search and have a small understanding of it but not much came up in relationship to orchids. I do admit I didn't go back more than 4 ir 5 pages so may have missed that one important tidbit.

I checked out the Pro- Mix website for information and it seems Pro-Mix for Orchids is probably no better or worse than any other national brand available.

When you say, "mini", do you mean a miniature phalaenopsis?

Pro-mix is an excellent brand. That being said I haven't used their orchid mix but I always use their other soils and they work very well.
