It is likely to remain Unknown because there are tens of Thousands Registered Laeliinae Hybrids. Your only hope is that perhaps it is a widely distributed mericlone (copy) and if you post a better photo someone will recognise it.

It looks like a cattlianthe cattleya to me but I'm not sure of the specific ID.

Now that I think about it it kinda looks similar to a cattlianthe warpaint 'sun bulb'

It also looks a bit like Slc. Jewel Box...... As i said above the numbers are against you.
Just say you went to the register of orchid names and put Cattleya in the Genera Name and entered a in the grex name, you would find 23946 orchid names.
The red colour comes from Sophronitis, a Genera name now changed to Cattleya in the great renaming.
If you are extremely lucky you might find a name if someone can match the photo exactly against a widely distributed and copied orchid such as Slc. Jewel Box 'Dark Waters'. Now named Cattlianthe Jewel Box 'Dark Waters'.
